Each tray should have one of it's corners labeled with the name of the tray. This labeled plant corresponds to "1" on the tray map and plant list that you received. The lowest survivable temperature is listed next to each entry on the plant list.
Also as a general reference, Sempervivum are frost hardy and about half of Sedum. Most other genera (Echeveria, Crassula, Senecio, and hybrids thereof) are frost tender. There are many many exceptions, but brightly colored, pastel types are more often frost tender and earth toned succulents are more often frost hardy.
