Received my frizzle sizzle around June 26. It's starting to grow a flower stalk. Can I repot now or wait?

It's still in the plastic pot from shipping and I haven't watered it, anticipating summer dormancy. Should I give it a little water since it wants to bloom and can I repot now?

Yes, since it hasn't bloomed yet you can gently transplant it, wait several days, then water deeply. Once your Albuca spiralis has finished blooming, let it dry and go dormant through summer.
