I rec'd a bare root frizzle sizzle a couple of month ago. One will not curl, other does good. What's wrong?

Frizzle Sizzle can lose its curl if it gets too much water or too little light. Even a healthy plant can straighten its leaves after flowering. They need a period of drought through the summer to lose their leaves and re-sprout curly ones in the fall. I hope this helps!
