Your plant can produce seeds, but it needs to be pollinated first.
Your plant either needs to be pollinated by insects, like bees or flies, or by you. If you take a cotton swab and rub the inside of one flower, you may notice that the end of the swab turns yellow. This is the pollen of the flower. To pollinate, just take that same swab and rub it in the middle of another flower to transfer the pollen from your cotton swab to the stigma of the other flower. If done correctly this should initiate seed production. However, it is hard to pollinate and many people report little success, especially using this hand pollination technique.
Leaving the plant outside for a few hours a day to allow insects to do the job for you is much more efficient. Just be careful not to let the plant get too cold and freeze.
The seeds are small and just need to be sprinkled on top of soil and misted gently. I hope this helps!
